Meaningful growth. Lasting change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I work with people navigating life’s challenges, major transitions, and unexpected changes. You may be coping with grief or loss, navigating divorce, experiencing fertility or reproductive challenges, adjusting to a new school or job, facing a medical or mental health diagnosis, or finding your way through the transition to parenthood. Therapy offers a space to process these experiences, adjust to change, and find a sense of stability and direction.

I also work with parents navigating changes in their children’s lives, including new medical or mental health diagnoses. Parenting through uncertainty can bring up a range of emotions, and therapy can help you better understand your child’s needs while making space for your own feelings and experiences.

You may also be seeking support with anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, or looking to develop new coping strategies, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and work toward meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
